Tårnhuset

There are no apartments on the ground floor, which is primarily designed as an area for the serving of food and drink – one of many service features for residents at Akers Have Apartments.

The apartments

There are a total of 51 apartments in the Akers Have development, 21 of which are in Tårnhuset.
There are single-room, two-room and three-room apartments.
The two- and three-room apartments have their own storerooms in the basement.
The single-room apartments have cupboards in the entrance hall.

The outdoor space (currently being laid out):

A very attractive shared outdoor area, measuring approximately 2,700 m², adjoining the open space along the Akerselva river. The area will feature lawns, tarmacked surfaces, flower beds and bicycle racks, together with an outdoor eating area for the SüdØst restaurant.
