Akers Have Apartments comprises two newly built apartment buildings close to each other: Lamellhuset – entrance A and entrance B – with the address Heimdalsgata 1, and Tårnhuset – entrance C – with the address Lakkegata 52.

There are a total of 51 apartments in the Akers Have development, 30 of which are in Lamellhuset.
There are single-room, two-room and three-room apartments.
The two- and three-room apartments have their own storerooms in the basement.
The single-room apartments have cupboards in the entrance hall.

If the location is the most elegant in Grünerløkka, the apartments are also in the same class, featuring four different, specially designed interiors with matching furniture: Black, White, Bright and Grey.

The outdoor space (currently being laid out):

A very attractive shared outdoor area, measuring approximately 2,700 m_, adjoining the open space along the Akerselva river. The area will feature lawns, tarmacked surfaces, flower beds and bicycle racks, together with an outdoor eating area for the SüdØst restaurant.
