All of the apartments are light and airy, with large windows. All of them, apart from the single-room apartments, have two balconies – one for the morning sun, and one for the evening sun. All rooms feature water-based underfloor heating, and both this and the hot water are provided by district heating. The apartments facing the river have sunblinds and air conditioning. The kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, and there is a washing machine in every bathroom. All apartments have flat-screen TVs and broadband. And on top of it all (literally) there are large, fully furnished roof terraces with views out across the city!
